Moving on from Dortmund

Ahh, I’m slightly disappointed at the moment. Its 3.43pm here in Dortmund and a cheap flight I was supposed to catching over to Paris at 4.00pm local time has been cancelled. I’m going to hang on until tomorrow and get myself off then.
So what of Dortmund …
Well it is a pleasant enough place. There is some great buildings, historic and nice to look at but coming straight from Amsterdam made this tour of the city a little underwhelming. Despite my temptation to jump on board the next flight back to Holland I stuck it out and found plenty of open greenland to waste away the days.
So next stop is Paris. The city of love ! Should be great. I’m going to try and do the mainstream touristy things to pick myself up after the Dortmund so will let you know how I get on.
